What to expect during your session
How to get here- If you are travelling by car we have parking. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away, this is on the main Chippenham - Bath route. If you are walking we are just around the corner from the Hare & Hounds pub.
Step one - You will get a short introduction to the studio where you can choose your items from the shelves. You have 2 hours per session, so depending on how intricate you want to be with the design you can choose more than one item.
Step two - Pick the colours you fancy using. If you want to add different colours as you go, or top them up that is fine.
Step three - Using the equipment on the tables, start painting. We have pencils and rulers if you want to be really neat or draw it out first to colour in afterwards.
Step four - Leave your creations with us and we will fire it in the kiln. All items will be ready for collection after they have been fired. Normally it takes around two weeks after your painting session.
We look forward to seeing you soon and helping you get creative! Whichever way you choose to paint your pottery, you will find loads of lovely functional items as well as seasonal goodies to choose from. Prices range from £5 to £35.
